Is this safe if I’m new to boxing or working out?

Classes are structured, coached, and scaled to your level. You learn proper technique first, intensity is introduced gradually, and coaches adjust drills so you stay safe while still getting a real workout.
You are never thrown into sparring or asked to keep up with experienced boxers. The focus is control, form, and steady progress, whether you are new to boxing, new to training, or getting back into shape.

Our coaches adjust drills, intensity, and movements to work around injuries or limitations so you can train safely and confidently. Many members start with past injuries or mobility restrictions. You’ll always have options that protect your body while still building strength, conditioning, and boxing skill.

Yes. Class sizes are intentionally small, and every session includes 1:1 mitt work with a coach. You’ll receive direct corrections on your stance, punches, and technique so you know you’re improving every class.
