What makes WTF UNIQUE is our style of classes, in every single class offered you will get mitt work with the instructor. We will modify exercises for you and even assist you during class to correct form, combinations, etc.

Whether you are looking for a fitness, technical, or contact boxing class, we have an option for you! We offer classes in three different areas. The main boxing studio focuses of fitness, front bag area focuses on technic and the boxing ring is contact based.

Our facility is fully equipped, please feel free to come early to warm up and stretch or stay after to do extra cardio or practice.

Work Train Fight conducts boxing classes in smaller groups to facilitate participants and ensure their improvement.

Unlike most boutique boxing classes, we want to make sure you are seen. We keep our classes under 20 participants so we can better assist you and ensure your improvement.

Paying per class can get costly, so we offer memberships at a reasonable price so you can workout every day. Furthermore, our glove and towel rental is FREE, we don’t nickel and dime you.

Our Class Types:

All Level Boxing
A great combination of boxing suited for everyone and circuits that includes trx’s, kettle bells, skill mills and much more. No contact.
Strength Work
A FITNESS ONLY class, to improve your lifting techniques, increase your strength and challenge your endurance.
Intermediate / Advanced Boxing
These classes are more technique based using more advanced boxing moves. Some partner work involved.
Body Sparring
A safe introduction to the competitive side of boxing, this class is meant to ease you in with partner BODY ONLY sparring.
We have novice (intermediate) and open (advanced) class sparring sessions. This is where you get in the ring and test out your skills.
